White Aurora Spikes
Clouds surely obscure the lower horizon aurora from Michigan's Thumb tonight, but there was this group of spikes that appeared, moved a little, then faded from view. I took several shots in various WB settings. There was also purple aurora seen in the left center of the image faintly.
I have never seen white aurora before and it was an interesting capture. Strange how there was no other auroral light of green, pink, etc. around it, just the white.
