The Fort Gratiot Lighthouse

 The Fort Gratiot Light is one of the closest and best lighthouses to visit near the Detroit area. Located just north of the mouth of the St. Clair River it was recently added to the St. Clair County Parks as one of their associated parks. Fishing, swimming, and even overnight lodging in the former USCG barracks are all options in this great park and area of maritime interest in the Bluewater area.
